Ingredients


  • 1/2 cup pumkpin seeds
  • 1/6 cup sunflower seeds
  • 1/4 cup sesame seeds
  • 3/8 cup flaxseeds
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon ginger powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon nutritional yeast
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 dash Cayenne pepper

Instructions


1 Preheat oven to 380° F.
2 Mix the ingredients in a large bowl and add 3/4 cups of boiling water. Let this sit for a few minutes.
3 Spread out on parchment paper on a baking sheet to the thickness of a cracker.
4 Bake for around 40 minutes until slightly browned and crispy.
