I organized the filming and recording of the inaugural Sleazefest!, a 2-day festival of garage rock, B movies, and barbecue that took place at Local 506 in Chapel Hill, NC in August of 1994. I was the co-executive producer of the CD/double album along with Matt Johnson. (In other words I financed it.) The great Dave Schmitt produced it, and it was master by Brent Lambert in The Kitchen, Chapel Hill, NC.
